These terms explain scheduling, payments, access requirements, fees, and service expectations for TN Lawnsmiths, LLC. Please review before booking service.

Key Service Terms At A Glance

  • Number 1

    Scheduling And Weather

    Service is route- and weather-dependent. Weekly service is typically every 6–8 days.

  • Number 2

    Access Requirements

    Gates must be accessible and pets secured. If we cannot access the service area, service may be skipped or limited.

  • Number 3

    Return Visit Fee

    If we return at your request due to access issues, a $25 return visit fee applies.

  • Number 4

    Pet Waste Policy

    Please clear pet waste the day before service. A $25 pet waste presence fee may apply if waste is present at the time of service.

  • Number 5

    First Time Edging Fee

    A one-time $25 first-time edging fee may apply when needed to bring overgrown edges up to standard. If edging is already good, the fee is waived.

  • Number 6

    Debris Options

    Debris can be curb-placed, bagged, or hauled away. Haul away may start at $100 depending on volume.

  • Number 7

    Payments

    Payment is due upon completion via Jobber (card on file/ACH). By booking, you authorize charging the stored payment method for completed work and applicable fees.

  • Number 8

    Partner Performed Services

    Some specialty services may be completed by vetted partners. TN Lawnsmiths remains your primary point of contact and collects payment.
